The Role
We’re hiring a Field Marketing Manager to be the driving force behind our in-person and regional marketing efforts across Switzerland, Europe and Middle East. You’ll own our events strategy end-to-end - from flagship cybersecurity conferences to intimate executive roundtables - and build the programs that put Bug Bounty Switzerland in the room with the CISOs and security leaders who need our platform.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll work directly with the leadership team and collaborate closely with sales to generate qualified pipeline through experiences that build trust and credibility with enterprise buyers. What You’ll Do
Events & Conferences
Own the full event lifecycle: strategy, planning, execution, and post-event follow-up for conferences like Global Cyber Conference, it-sa, GISEC, GITEX and other industry events across Switzerland, Europe and Middle East
Manage booth presence, speaking slot submissions, sponsorship negotiations, and on-site logistics
Coordinate with product marketing to ensure consistent messaging and compelling on-site materials (demos, collateral, signage)
Build and manage the annual events calendar and budget, tracking ROI per event to continuously optimise spend
Partner with sales to align event presence with territory plans and account-based marketing priorities
Executive Roundtables, Breakfasts & Dinners
Design and host exclusive CISO roundtables, executive breakfasts or dinners, and thought leadership events that position Bug Bounty Switzerland as a trusted partner
Curate invite lists in collaboration with sales - targeting decision-makers in financial services, critical infrastructure, and government
Develop compelling event themes and content around Semantic Security Testing, continuous threat exposure management (CTEM), and cyber resilience
Ensure seamless follow-up workflows that convert attendees into qualified sales conversations
What You Bring
Must-haves
3–5 years of field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation experience in B2B enterprise technology
Proven track record of planning and executing events end-to-end - from intimate dinners to large conference booths
Strong project management skills: you juggle multiple events and campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball
Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams and aligning marketing programs to pipeline targets
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel across Switzerland, Europe and Middle East (estimated 30–40% of time during peak event seasons)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment where you build processes from scratch
Strong signals
Background in cybersecurity, infosec, or a related technical domain
Experience marketing to regulated industries (financial services, critical infrastructure, government)
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and tools like HubSpot, or similar
Network of event vendors, venues, and industry contacts in the European cybersecurity ecosystem
Experience at a Series A / growth-stage company
Additional European language (French, Italian) is a plus

Reports to: COO
Compensation: Competitive base + ESOP, aligned with seniority and impact
Work setup: Hybrid (Zurich/Bern)
