As part of the EMEA Energy & Charging Service team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the operational excellence of our rapidly expanding infrastructure.

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Operations Intern to help drive end-to-end efficiency across our Energy Storage deployments and Supercharger network. This is a hands-on, high-impact internship where you’ll take ownership of field coordination, operational challenges, collaborate across teams, and directly support Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate logistics for service parts shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking across EMEA regions
  • Schedule and manage field service visits for Energy Storage systems and Superchargers, balancing urgency, resource availability, and customer needs
  • Act as a central point of coordination across field teams, internal stakeholders, and customers—ensuring seamless information flow, timely updates, and consistent communication
  • Identify operational bottlenecks in service workflows and lead or support improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Document and analyze recurring issues to drive data-informed process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Leverage operational data to surface systemic issues and drive data-informed process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Support long-term planning efforts by providing insights from day-to-day operations.
  • Analysis of large datasets to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the team
  • Developing reporting tools to track performance and identify areas for improvements

What You'll Bring
  • Must be currently enrolled in business or operations studies
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Outlook, and Word) and ability to manage voluminous amounts of data (SQL, Python skills are a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal skills both from a technical and client facing perspective
  • Professional fluency in English required. Additional European languages is a definite plus
  • Ability to manage and analyze voluminous amounts of data
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
