First Class Clean is a commercial cleaning company operating in Dublin and the surrounding counties and we are now hiring someone to step into a key operational role within the business.
This is a leadership role in the field.
You will be the person who sets the standard on-site, trains new staff properly, supports cover shifts, checks quality, and ensures our clients receive the service we promise.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Training new cleaners at new client sites
- Showing cover staff exactly what is expected on-site
- Going through lock-up and security procedures with staff
- Key holding and key drop-offs when required
- Carrying out quality control spot checks
- Supervising deep cleans
- Delivering products to sites when necessary
- Travelling daily across Dublin and surrounding areas
You must be flexible. Some days may involve early morning site visits, other days evening visits. You must be adaptable and available when required.
Schedules are provided the week before and must be followed as issued.
Hours & Structure
You will be guaranteed 15 hours per week every week.
This is a minimum guarantee of available work.
In reality, most weeks will be 20–25 hours.
The 15 hours is simply a baseline so you always have security of work. This role is designed to grow with the company.
You must be available to work more than 20 hours per week when required.
Company Vehicle
A company car or van will be provided.
You will use this vehicle for travelling between sites each day. Charging costs are covered by the company.
This is a professional operations role and the vehicle reflects that.
Requirements
- Full clean driving licence (essential)
- Minimum 2 years commercial cleaning experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised and dependable
- Comfortable working independently
- Willing to travel across Dublin and surrounding counties on occasion
If you are not an Irish resident, you must have full permission to work more than 20 hours per week. Stamp 2 visas are not acceptable.
