Field Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to and establishing relationships with specialty trade partners, including pet shops, veterinary clinics, and other pet-related businesses. Your primary goal will be to promote and sell our products, ensuring the successful growth of our brand in these markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Target Potential Trade Partners: Research and identify pet shops, veterinary clinics, and other relevant pet-related businesses that would benefit from our product offerings.
  • Outbound Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to generate interest and secure new partnerships.
  • Sales Presentations: Present our product offerings effectively, emphasizing the unique features, benefits, and value propositions of our pet food products.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor products and market trends to provide insights that will guide sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, including the number of calls, meetings, and deals closed, as well as customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
  • Customer Education: Educate potential partners about the nutritional benefits and quality of our pet food products to ensure they can confidently promote and sell to their customers.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Passion for closing deals and driving results
  • Self-motivation and discipline to work independently
  • Must know how to drive a motorcycle; With Valid Driver's License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php645.00 - Php700.00 per day
