Field Sales Representative - (Base Salary + Commission)

Join Trinity Marketing, one of Ireland’s fastest-growing field sales teams. We work with leading national charities and run face-to-face sales campaigns across Cork.

What will you be doing?

• Engage with customers door-to-door and at events
• Present well-known charity brands
• Deliver confident face-to-face sales pitches
• Hit daily/weekly sales targets
• Work closely with your team + attend coaching sessions

What We Offer

• Base salary of €600/week (first 4 weeks)
• Base salary of €700/week once training is completed
• Uncapped commission + bonuses
• Fuel/Public transport allowance: €60/week
• OTE: €45,000–€50,000+ per year
• 28 days paid holidays
• Paid training + career progression: Fundraiser → Team Leader → Manager
• Monday–Friday, 10:30–18:30 (no overnight travel)

• Eligible to work in Ireland
