We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our elite service team supporting leading semiconductor manufacturers across the United States. In this critical role, you will support and maintain advanced gas treatment equipment at one of our major customer sites in Phoenix, Arizona.

What You'll Do - Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and scheduled preventive maintenance on DAS tools to maximize uptime and operational reliability.
  • Assist Field Service Engineers with startup and commissioning of new equipment at customer sites.
  • Support Field Service Engineers in warranty repairs, retrofits, and troubleshooting of waste gas abatement systems.
  • Work collaboratively with onsite customer teams to address maintenance issues, alarms, and repair activities.
  • Prepare and complete all required service reports and documentation in accordance with customer expectations and internal company requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations, local requirements, customer standards, and company safety policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service escalations and continuously improve service quality.
  • Participate in a day shift schedule from Monday through Friday.

What We're Looking For - Your Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of relevant technical experience in electronics, mechanics, or a related field, or an Associate’s degree in a technical discipline.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and service documentation.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop troubleshooting and technical skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented work style.
  • Ability to work efficiently with a cost-conscious and quality-focused mindset.
  • Professional appearance and commitment to high service standards.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.88 - $31.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
