Baristafy is a modern B2B coffee partner based in Cork. We supply, install, and service professional coffee equipment for cafés, hotels, and offices across Ireland. The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, practical technician to join our team. You’ll be working directly with hospitality businesses to keep their coffee equipment running at its best.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial coffee machines and grinders
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues onsite
• Carry out preventative maintenance and repairs
• Keep clear records of work done (using mobile software)
• Represent Baristafy with professionalism when dealing with clients

Ideal Candidate:

• Background as a Field Service Engineer, Catering Equipment Technician, Appliance Repair Technician, Vending Machine Technician, or similar
• OR experience in electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or mechanical servicing
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing client relationships
• Full clean driving licence

Bonus points if you:

• Have direct experience with espresso or catering equipment
• Enjoy coffee culture and want to grow with an expanding company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €42,000.00-€49,000.00 per year
