This program is available as a 2-week finance immersion or a longer internship, depending on your availability and performance.

What You’ll Do

1) Industry Exposure

• Learn directly from experienced fund managers from JP Morgan and Eastspring Investments
• Get beginner-friendly exposure to investment research, market insights, and wealth management
• Observe how professionals work in real finance environments

2) Skill Building & Confidence Growth

• Develop essential soft skills such as communication, networking, and professional etiquette
• Assist with coordination and basic operational tasks
• Take part in small, guided projects that build confidence and workplace readiness

3) Hands-On Experience

• Help prepare simple presentations or materials for team or client discussions
• Support scheduling, follow-ups, and organisational tasks
• Gain exposure across different aspects of the finance industry
