Job Description:

Giesecke+Devrient is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Intern to join our dynamic team in one of our offices in South Africa. This internship is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or diploma holders in Finance to gain practical experience in a corporate finance environment. As a Finance Intern, you will assist our finance department in various tasks to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day financial operations of the company.
• Conduct research and analysis to contribute to financial projects.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Help maintain financial databases and systems.
• Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
