We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager who will be responsible for the financial health of the organization. This role involves financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. He/She ensures the effective use of financial resources, guides decision-making with data-driven insights, and develops strategies to achieve the company’s financial report compliance.

Salary: Php 75,000 - 80,000

Basic Qualifications:

> Academic Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

> Relevant Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting in a managerial role

> Certifications:

  • Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • Certified Tax Technician (CTT) is a plus

> Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in different accounting systems such as Odoo, SAP, and QuickBooks;
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP and IFRS) and practices, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments; and
  • Ability to manage tasks, adapt to a fast-paced culture, and experience in sharing best practices effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Analyze financial data for discrepancies and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including taxes.
  • Assist with audits and prepare the necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
  • Provide support during month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Monitor expenditures and report variances.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable scope of work and key processors.
  • Quality assurance and four-eye checks of accounts receivable and accounts payable workings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
