We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager who will be responsible for the financial health of the organization. This role involves financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. He/She ensures the effective use of financial resources, guides decision-making with data-driven insights, and develops strategies to achieve the company’s financial report compliance.
Salary: Php 75,000 - 80,000
Basic Qualifications:
> Academic Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
> Relevant Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting in a managerial role
> Certifications:
- Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Certified Tax Technician (CTT) is a plus
> Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in different accounting systems such as Odoo, SAP, and QuickBooks;
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP and IFRS) and practices, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments; and
- Ability to manage tasks, adapt to a fast-paced culture, and experience in sharing best practices effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payments and collections.
- Preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
- Analyze financial data for discrepancies and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including taxes.
- Assist with audits and prepare the necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
- Provide support during month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor expenditures and report variances.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable scope of work and key processors.
- Quality assurance and four-eye checks of accounts receivable and accounts payable workings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
