Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Installer to join our team. This role involves the installation of interior home products, including doors, trim, and custom finishing elements. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install interior doors, trim, mouldings, and other finish carpentry products
• Read and interpret basic drawings and specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation issues on-site

Qualifications:

• Experience in finish carpentry or installation (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Valid driver’s license (truck and tool provided by Kerr's)
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
