Every 6 months, PepsiCo BeNeLux welcomes new talent just like you. Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It’s not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting activities within the HR department including personnel and salary administration
- First point of contact for the employees within the plant
- Organize internal activities related to Rewards & Recognition, Vitality and Happiness at Work
- Support the recruitment process
- Gain insight into the absenteeism process and reintegration
- Participate in various HR-related projects

- Internship compensation of 550€/month and travel reimbursement

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- HBO/WO students with an affinity towards HR, Business Administration, International Business, Psychology or Management
- You are fluent in Dutch (Fluent in English is a plus)
- Someone proactive with good communication skills
- Open for team work but also able to take initiative
- A person with hands-on mentality
- Currently in the final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies.
