Fixed-Term Admin Specialist (Au Client - Dayshift)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Specialist to support our team and ensure seamless operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient workflows and delivering top-notch customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process cancellation requests and ensure accuracy, generate invoices promptly and maintain thorough records.
  • Input data meticulously for accurate reporting and analysis, produce reports covering various operational areas as needed.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, participate in audit processes to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative tasks.
  • Committed working for a project-based contract of 6 months, onsite in Ortigas, Pasigc City for an early shift since this is for an Australian client.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications and other software for administrative.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Early shift
  • Monday to Friday
