About the role

Parking Fleet & Depot Services are seeking a proactive and experienced Fleet & Depot Operations Manager to lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of our fleet workshop and depot services team. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), while driving continuous improvement across our fleet and depot operational assets.


As the successful candidate, you’ll lead a skilled team of automotive technicians and professionals, overseeing fleet asset management, workshop performance, heavy vehicle compliance, and depot operations. You will implement preventative maintenance programs, manage depot environmental and safety compliance, and help shape the City’s transition to more environmentally sustainable fleet.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
