Our specialty is premium floor refinishing - and we’re seeking experienced estimators from flooring, remodeling, and home improvement backgrounds who can quickly excel in our proven system.

This is a unique opportunity to earn strong commissions from pre-qualified leads — with the potential to grow into a Territory Manager and unlock long-term profit-share earnings.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive around 60 pre-qualified service requests per month — no cold calling.
• Contact leads and book about 50% for in-home estimates and presentations.
• During visits, measure the area, generate quotes using our pricing tools, and close the sale on-site.
• Achieve a 50–60% close rate on booked estimates.

What You’ll Earn:

• Average commission per project: $500–$700
• Typical monthly earnings: $7,500–$11,000+
• Top performers can transition into a profit-share structure, unlocking significant long-term income.

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of in-home estimating or sales experience in flooring, remodeling, or related trades.
• Proven ability to measure accurately, quote confidently, and close effectively.
• Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
• Comfort using basic tech: CRM, Google Calendar, email, etc.
