Food & Beverage Manager

The Greenhills Conference & Leisure Hotel are are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead our food and beverage operations in a busy, customer-focused hotel environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to join a dynamic management team and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of a busy bar and restaurant
• Lead, train and motivate the food and beverage team to ensure high standards of service and professionalism
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, Health & Safety, and all relevant Irish food safety legislation
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions and efficient service delivery
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar management role
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
• Proven experience with cost control and stock management
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
