Food & Beverage Supervisor

The Silver Tassie Hotel & Spa is seeking a dedicated, energetic and guest-focused Food & Beverage supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a warm and welcoming environment.

Duties:

- Assisting the management team with day to day food & beverage service in all departments

-Working closely with all food & beverage staff to ensure a high standard of customer service

- Contribute to a positive, motivated, and team-oriented workplace

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality (preferred)

-Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

-Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and evenings as required
