Food & Beverage Supervisor

The brand-new Premium Chinese restaurant opening at Chadstone Shopping Centre is preparing for its Soft Opening on 12 June, and we are currently looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our management team. The Job Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within hospitality or restaurant operations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage daily floor operations during busy service periods Experience handling customer complaints and delivering excellent customer service Good understanding of restaurant service standards and team coordination Able to supervise and support floor staff, runners, hosts, and section wait staff Experience in Chinese restaurant or Yum Cha operations is highly regarded Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays RSA certificate required Fluent English communication required; Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is an advantage Professional presentation and positive attitude Able to assist Duty Managers and Restaurant Managers with daily operational tasks Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and service quality What We Offer: Opportunity to join a brand-new premium venue at Chadstone Shopping Centre Career growth opportunities within the management team Supportive and professional working environment Staff meals provided Full-time opportunities available Management team members are expected to commence from 1 June 2026 prior to the Soft Opening.

Pay: $63,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
