Food Runner/Server Assistant

Our menu offers a delightful array of dishes, from fresh mezze and salads to hearty mains including kebabs and delicately grilled seafood, all crafted with authentic ingredients.

Job Duties Include:

• Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately
• Making sure all plates are consistently plated and garnished and alerting chefs of any issues.
• Assisting in bussing tables and clearing plates
• Greeting and pouring water for guests when they arrive and throughout their dinner.
• Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies)
• Explaining the food to guests as you deliver it
• Being knowledgabale about the food in order to answer any questions the guest may have
• Maintaining a calm and friendly attitude at all times
• Must be physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently; and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and employees
