Are you passionate about food service and ready to take the lead? We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-on Food Service Team Leader / Supervisor to guide our team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support food service attendants during daily operations
• Ensure excellent customer service and dining experience
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Assist in training, scheduling, and evaluating team performance
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
• Maintain inventory and assist in ordering supplies when needed
• Coordinate with kitchen and management for efficient service flow

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality (at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Customer-focused attitude and team-first mindset
