Five Guys at Northcrest Shopping Center is hiring crew members. This role is hands-on and involves working the grill, prepping fresh food, and serving customers. You do not need previous restaurant experience to apply. We provide paid training on our food safety standards and kitchen stations.

Qualifications:

Required:

• At least 17 years old
• U.S. work authorization
• Reliable attendance for scheduled shifts
• Physical ability to stand for the shift and lift up to 50 lbs (bags of potatoes) with or without accommodation

Preferred:

• Ability to communicate clearly in a busy kitchen

Your Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take orders at the front counter.
• Cook on the grill, work the fry station, and build burgers on the line.
• Cut fresh potatoes and prep toppings daily.
• Call out orders to keep the line moving during lunch and dinner rushes.
• Process cash and card payments accurately.
• Clean the kitchen, dining room, and workstations.
