As an intern, you'll work closely with our founder and team, gaining exposure to projects that extend far beyond traditional marketing.

What You'll Experience

No two weeks look exactly the same.

Depending on the projects we're working on, you may find yourself:

• Sitting in on strategy discussions and client meetings
• Assisting during content shoots and workshops
• Transforming ideas into engaging social media content
• Helping build landing pages and marketing assets
• Supporting proposal preparation and presentation materials
• Researching industries, competitors, and emerging trends
• Learning how AI tools improve creative and business workflows
• Supporting day-to-day initiatives that help the business move forward

What You'll Be Working On

Your responsibilities include:

Content & Creative

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Design carousels, graphics, and visual assets
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats
• Organize content libraries and production assets

Marketing Projects

• Build and update landing pages
• Assist with marketing campaigns
• Support lead generation initiatives
• Help improve user journeys and online experiences

Founder Support

• Prepare presentation decks and workshop materials
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Draft documents and internal resources
• Organize project files and operational tasks

Professional Development

Throughout the internship, you'll receive coaching on:

• Content strategy
• Copywriting fundamentals
• Marketing psychology
• AI-assisted productivity
• Creative workflows
• Business thinking

We want you to leave with practical skills you can apply throughout your career.

What Success Looks Like

During your first month, your focus will be understanding how our team works, becoming familiar with our processes, and contributing to smaller projects with guidance.

As your confidence grows, you'll begin taking ownership of larger responsibilities, managing projects more independently, and contributing ideas that improve our work.

By the end of the internship, our goal is for you to confidently support content production, marketing initiatives, and operational projects while understanding how they contribute to business growth.

• Learn quickly from feedback

Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, GoHighLevel, Framer, or Webflow is helpful but not essential if you're eager to learn.
