Job Description

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for Visual Merchandising execution across the store network, with a strong focus on commercial effectiveness and brand consistency:

• Leading the setup and opening of new stores, including planning and on-site execution
• Ensuring consistent store appearance, visual standards, and brand positioning in line with the brand’s strategy
• Adapting basic collections to seasonal changes with a strong commercial and sales-oriented mindset
• Creating store layouts, planograms, and clear VM guidelines for in-store teams
• Conducting regular field visits to ensure VM standards are properly implemented and maintained
• Training and guiding store teams on Visual Merchandising principles and execution
• Managing seasonal and holiday in-store styling, including store decorations for key commercial periods such as Christmas, Halloween, and Sales Events
Working closely with merchandising, operations, and marketing teams to support commercial activity in stores

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail Visual Merchandising – required
• Hands-on experience with VM in physical fashion stores – required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking retail environment
• Availability for a field-based role with extended working hours
• Strong visual sense combined with commercial understanding
Good communication skills and the ability to train and guide store teams

Pay range: $70,000 - 85,000/annually
