Framer/Carpenter

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, (at least 2 years of proven experience) but willing to train the right candidate to further in the career. This role involves working with various materials and tools to construct frameworks for buildings and other structures, ensuring quality and precision in every project. Variety of projects, from residential to Agricultural and light commercial. We tackle concrete foundation, flat-work, wood framing, and a little siding and interior finishing.

Responsibilities:

• Construct, install, and repair structures made of wood, metal, or other materials.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for framing tasks.
• Perform concrete forming and finishing as required for specific projects.
• Execute restoration tasks on existing structures to maintain integrity and appearance.
• Install siding and other exterior finishes according to project requirements.
• Operate heavy equipment safely when necessary for construction tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Ability to work hard and under pressure at times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry or construction framing is essential.
• Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing, and restoration techniques is preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely
• Strong skills in woodworking, including the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Capability of performing heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Punctuality is a must and showing up late will not be tolerated
• Valid drivers license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
