We are a fast-growing national franchise brand in the pavement maintenance industry, supporting franchisees across the country with services like parking lot striping, sealcoating, and repair. Our focus is helping franchisees win more work locally while maintaining strong brand consistency.

The Role

We’re hiring a Franchise Marketing Manager to work directly with franchisees and help them grow their local markets.

This role is focused on real revenue growth at the local level—not just marketing activity. You will guide strategy, improve performance, and help franchisees generate consistent, high-quality leads (primarily B2B).

What You’ll Do

Franchisee Growth (Primary Focus)

• Work directly with franchisees to build and execute simple, effective local marketing plans
• Help generate qualified B2B leads (property managers, retail centers, commercial clients)
• Coach franchisees on what’s working—and what’s not
• Travel when needed to train new Zee's or help struggling ones

Marketing Oversight (Not Execution)

• Collaborate with our existing marketing agency and franchisees
• Help guide decisions on:
• Budget allocation
• Campaign adjustments
• Performance improvements
• Ensure franchisees are getting results—not just reports

Systems & Playbooks

• Create repeatable marketing systems franchisees can follow
• Simplify strategies so non-marketers can execute
• Help new franchisees ramp faster

Performance Tracking

• Track key metrics:
• Leads generated
• Cost per lead
• Conversion rates
• ROI
• Step in to improve underperforming markets

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Experience working with franchise systems (supporting multiple locations)
• Proven ability to help local markets grow through marketing
• Strong understanding of lead generation (B2B preferred)

Preferred

• Experience with service-based businesses (home or commercial services)
• Experience supporting dozens or hundreds of franchisees
• Comfortable working alongside agencies (not just doing everything yourself)

AI / Tools

• Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to improve marketing efficiency, content, and systems

Compensation

• Salary: 60k-90k Base
• Performance-based bonuses tied to franchisee growth!!!
