Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our growing motor dealership team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in delivering an exceptional showroom experience.


As Front Desk Manager, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensure smooth customer flow, and support both the sales and service departments. You will lead reception staff while maintaining a welcoming and professional dealership environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Oversee reception scheduling and front desk coverage
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records, appointment logs, and customer data
  • Support administrative tasks including invoicing, filing, and reporting
  • Ensure showroom presentation standards are maintained


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service leadership role (automotive industry experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems (preferred)
