We specialize in lymphatic drainage massage, detoxing and sculpting.

We are seeking an experienced professional to be the heart and flow of our studio.

As our Front Desk Manager, you’ll be the first and lasting impression for every guest. You’ll lead front-of-house operations, keep things running smoothly, and ensure every client walks away feeling seen, supported, and aligned.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in all clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and waitlists using our scheduling software
• Coordinate daily schedules with massage therapists
• Handle phone/email inquiries and maintain timely communication with clients
• Process payments and manage retail sales
• Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming environment in the studio lounge cd
• Assist with marketing tasks (social media replies, light content, event support)

You Are:

• Warm, kind, and compassionate
• A natural communicator with a positive attitude and professional presence
• Tech-savvy with scheduling and Mind and Body software (or willing to learn)
• Experienced in wellness, spa, or hospitality settings (preferred but not required )
• Passionate about wellness, healing, and helping others feel their best

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.18 - $25.51 per hour
