Our bright, modern studio in Orchard is home to expert instructors and a welcoming community focused on health, wellness, and movement. We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to join our front desk team and help us deliver a top-notch experience to every client who walks through our doors.

The Role
As a Front Desk & Client Experience Associate, you'll be the first smile clients see. You’ll help them check in, choose the right class package, and feel at ease in the studio. This is a great fit for students or anyone looking for a part-time role in a fun, health-focused environment.

Shift Options

• Morning Shift: 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Evening Shift: 3:30pm – 9:30pm
• (You’ll work 20–30 hours/week on a flexible schedule.)

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and make them feel welcome
• Help clients understand our class packages and recommend the right one
• Handle bookings, payments (cash/card), and manage the schedule
• Keep the front area neat and organized
• Work with our team to meet sales goals and deliver a great client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and confident with great people skills
• Comfortable using basic tech (MS Office, POS systems — we’ll show you how!)
• Organized and able to handle a few tasks at once
• Good English required — other languages a bonus
• Prior front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but not a must
