Zoomies is an award-winning grooming and dog daycare business known for creating joyful experiences for pups — and peace of mind for their humans. We're expanding to our brand-new Stillorgan location and are on the lookout for a super-organised, dog-loving Front of House Manager to lead our client experience.

The Role

As Front of House Manager, you'll be the friendly face of Zoomies — managing a fast-paced reception area, coordinating daily bookings, and supporting a talented team of groomers and daycare handlers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their dogs, manage check-in/check-out processes
• Handle phone, email, and in-person booking enquiries
• Manage the appointment schedule and staff rota coordination
• Assist in overseeing day-to-day salon and daycare operations
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service
• Communicate clearly with clients about grooming services and daycare needs
• Support the team with admin, stock, and front desk duties

You Have:

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles (e.g. salon, clinic, retail, or pet care)
• Experience managing schedules, bookings, or a small team
• Love for dogs and confidence working in a dog-filled environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Positive energy, reliability, and professional communication

Bonus (But Not Required):

• Previous experience in a grooming salon, daycare, or vet clinic
• Familiarity with pet-care software or salon scheduling tools

Hours & Pay

• Full-time, 40 hours per week (including some weekends)

Pay: €18.50-€22.50 per hour
