Front Of House Staff

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team. As the face of By Korea, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude

• Take orders accurately and efficiently

• Communicate with kitchen staff for smooth service

• Manage payments and operate POS systems

• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and front station

• Handle takeaway and delivery orders

• Assist in setting tables, preparing utensils and condiments

• Provide product knowledge and answer customer questions

• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and great communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and punctual

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

• Korean language skills are a plus, but not required

Pay: $24.95 – $41.48 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
