Front Of House/Sales Assistant

Dennehy's Health & Fitness Blackpool wants you to join their Front of House and Sales team.

The ideal candidate for the position will use their passion for customer care to welcome members and process sales. The main duties require the ideal candidate to have customer service skills, sales experience, manage all booking & communication channels within the club and complete required administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding first impression and be a great representation of our Club through delivering exceptional customer service
• Ensure potential and existing members receive the best possible experience and customer service
• Hit and exceed sales Targets: Work towards daily and monthly goals.
• Effectively handle all administrative tasks, class bookings, payment processing, queries and member feedback.
• Answering phone calls, e-mails, arranging bookings, and marketing via social media
• Housekeeping and Cleaning duties - Reception/Bathrooms
• Opening/Closing of the facilities

Requirements

• Previous experience with Microsoft 365 (Word,Excel)
• Previous sales experience is essential.
• Flexible working hours. Shift work (Monday-Sunday)
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to work as part of a team and alone
• A pleasant and polite manner
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Previous experience with money handling
• Interest in health and fitness preferred

Candidates must be flexible and available to work both evenings and weekends until 11pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €13.50 per hour
