Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for a Full Time Receptionist to join the Front Office Team in the day to day running of the front desk in the Spencer Hotel to ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with department and Hotel standards & to provide 100% quality service to guests at all times.

- Front office, hospitality or retail experience
- Previous 4 star hotel background desirable.
- Knowledge of the Opera system an advantage.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Professional demeanour.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
- Fluent level of spoken and written English essential.

Location: The Spencer Hotel is easily commutable both within Dublin City Centre and beyond. We are located within 10 minutes' walk from O'Connell Street, with easy access to Connolly Station, numerous Luas stops, Dublin Bus services and Dublin Bike Stations.
