We are a long-established chiropractic office in Carlsbad seeking a cheerful, positive, and reliable Front Office Receptionist to join our team. This is a part-time position, working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized in a busy office, and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service

• Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments

• Maintain patient records and handle basic office paperwork

• Collect payments and assist with insurance verification

• Keep the front desk and reception area organized and professional

Requirements

• Must be computer literate and able to type accurately

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Friendly, cheerful personality with a professional demeanor

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Prior front office or customer service experience preferred

• Must live within 10–15 minutes of Carlsbad to ensure reliability and punctuality
