About the Team:
We are seeking a Lead Front-End Engineer to spearhead the architecture and development of our advertising platform, which includes Advertising Setup, Admin Management, Ads CRM, Ads SRM, and the MCN Portal. This role requires close collaboration with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to create responsive, user-friendly web applications, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Job Description:
- Lead the architecture, and development of the advertising platform, including Advertising Setup, Admin Management, Ads CRM, Ads SRM, and MCN Portal.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to build responsive, user-friendly web applications, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to share best practices, drive consistency in engineering processes, and collaboratively address challenges.
- Oversee the entire development life cycle, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the front-end applications remain highly available.
- Build and guide a self-driven team, promoting best practices in development and continuously optimizing for reliability and scalability.
- Stay updated on the latest web technologies and trends, evaluating their potential use within the organization to enhance our products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in front-end development with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in managing front-end projects and leading cross-functional meetings and initiatives, with a deep understanding of design patterns and best practices for building scalable, maintainable web applications.
- Expertise in performance optimisation tools (e.g., Webpack, Rollup, Vite) and front-end engineering practices.
- Deep understanding of webpage loading and rendering, with a passion for enhancing user experience.
- Strong logical thinking and a proactive, results-driven mindset with a sense of ownership
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in developing large-scale ToB single-page applications (SPAs).
- Experience in Full-stack development such as Node.js, Express, SSR, GraphQL, DB.
