About the Role

We’re looking for an intermediate full stack Software Engineer to join our Key Accounts team, building and enhancing our Command Centre solutions for high-impact customer outcomes.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance features that meet specific customer needs, while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building practical solutions and seeing their work directly influence customer outcomes:

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C#
• Deliver customer-focused features and enhancements across the Command Centre platform
• Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Apply best practices across development, testing, and deployment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and technical approaches

About You

We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and able to pick up new concepts, languages, and areas quickly:

• You enjoy problem-solving and can break down complex challenges into actionable steps
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and can follow guidance while thinking independently
• You’re motivated to grow, experiment, and learn rather than needing experience with a long list of technologies
• Experience with C#, as it’s widely used in our environment
• Exposure to or interest in web technologies (e.g. APIs, front-end frameworks) is an advantage
