Full-Time Dental Assistant — Bonuses, Training Support & Saturday Availability Required

We are looking for one highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. If you’re a motivated self-starter with excellent clinical skills and a strong work ethic, we would love to meet you.

This position requires Saturday availability and offers monthly bonuses, professional growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Hourly Pay (Daily Pay):

We pay hourly, with opportunities to gain additional hours across our offices as desired.

• Monthly Bonuses:

Earn several hundred dollars each month through our performance-based bonus program.

Assistant Track — Education & Career Growth

We are committed to helping you advance clinically. Through our Assistant Track program, we support your journey toward:

• X-ray license
• RDA, RDA-EF, CDA, and other expanded function certifications
• Coronal polishing, fluoride, nitrous, sealants, ortho assisting
• Infection control
• CPR/BLS

We reimburse 50% of approved external course costs upon registration and successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a comfortable, positive experience
• Assist the dentist during all procedures
• Take x-rays and impressions
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean operatory
• Monitor supplies and lab cases
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly logs
• Call in prescriptions as directed
• Provide clear post-operative instructions
• Document clinical notes accurately and concisely
• Perform additional tasks as requested

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental practice
• High School Diploma or GED (dental assisting certification preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Diamond Dental, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar dental software
• Required Certifications: Hep B, 8-Hour Infection Control, California X-Ray License, CPR/BLS
• Must be available to work Saturdays
