Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly approach.
• Stay informed about all food and beverage offerings.
• Accurately take and serve food and drink orders.
• Keep tables and service areas clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Consistently provide top-tier customer service.
• Manage bar reservations and walk-ins efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and manage bookings with clear, professional communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Attention to detail, especially in cleanliness and presentation.
• Willingness to learn and grow product knowledge.
• Neat appearance and adherence to dress code standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €14.00-€14.50 per hour
