Full Time Personal Support Worker (Evening)

The Meadows of Aurora (www.tmoa.ca) is a one-of-a-kind Christian Adult Lifestyle Community located thirty minutes north of Toronto in the Town of Aurora. We offer 55+ adults three lifestyle choices - independent living, assisted living and memory care. Our resort style campus sits on 25 acres with over half protected forest. We change the way 55+ adults think about retirement living.

This position is for an existing vacancy.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved Personal Care Support Worker course in Canada.

Responsibilities:

Assists residents with activities of daily living.

Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.

Promotes resident independence.

Contributes to resident care plans.

A requirement for all individuals who work at The Meadows of Aurora and support our 55+ community include:

• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required. Everyone at this location is required to follow proper hand hygiene and wear a mask.
• A two-step TB test that can be arranged through your family doctor or many pharmacies.
• A Vulnerable Sector Check that can be obtained through designated Police locations.

Hours: Evening shifts: 3pm- 11pm, every other weekend availability required.
