About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and experienced full-time Videographer / Video Editor to join our growing team and help build the online presence of multiple fast-growing businesses.

This is not a freelance or contract position. We are looking for someone who can work closely with ownership on a daily basis, consistently creating high-quality content across several brands.

You will be responsible for filming, editing, and producing:

• Short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook content)
• Long-form YouTube content
• Promotional videos
• Photography and behind-the-scenes content
• Day-in-the-life and personal branding content

You will work directly with Tyler Doyle and create content for the following businesses:

Businesses You’ll Be Creating Content For:

• Golf Suites – Private Indoor Golf Simulator Facilities
• Pure Pickleball – Indoor Pickleball Facility
• Rise City Baseball Academy – Indoor Baseball Facility
• Custom Orthotics Business
• Tyler Doyle Personal Brand / Social Media

Responsibilities

• Film daily content across multiple business locations
• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos
• Capture professional photos and promotional material
• Create high-performing social media content optimized for engagement
• Assist with YouTube production and content strategy
• Maintain fast turnaround times on edits and uploads
• Organize footage and maintain content workflow efficiently
• Stay up to date with current social media and editing trends

Requirements

• Proven videography and video editing experience
• Strong understanding of social media content creation
• Proficiency in editing software such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• CapCut (bonus)
• Ability to shoot cinematic and engaging content
• Strong attention to detail and storytelling
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work between locations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must own or have access to professional camera and filming equipment
