Functional Project Manager:
Your role

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Functional Project Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise to support the evolution of a customer-facing CRM platform.

The role combines functional project management, business analysis, and solution design within a low-code environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and Solution Architects to configure the CRM platform, drive functional design activities, and deliver scalable customer service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Design & Solution Configuration
Configure and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support evolving business requirements.
Gather, analyse, and challenge business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs.
Drive functional design activities and support the continuous evolution of the CRM platform.
Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders.

Project Delivery
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and Solution Architects.
Coordinate functional workstreams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support solution validation, user acceptance testing, and production rollouts.
Manage stakeholder communication, project follow-up, and functional issue resolution.

Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to optimise customer service processes and CRM functionalities.
Contribute to delivery governance and functional best practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across business and IT.

Requirements

You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Functional Project Manager, or Business Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar enterprise CRM platforms.

You also have:
Proven experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or comparable CRM solutions.
Strong functional design and business analysis capabilities.
Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Experience working within low-code platforms and customer-facing business applications.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience collaborating with Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and Solution Architects throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Fluent English.

Nice to Have
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Knowledge of CRM integrations, customer service processes, or case management.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Agile, or Scrum certifications are considered an asset.

Nice to Have
Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise business applications.
Knowledge of system integration, testing, or release management.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN, or similar collaboration and modelling tools.
Certifications in Business Analysis (IIBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile methodologies are considered an asset.
