Not looking for a traditional job but want to be paid like one? Working within our company means 8:00 start times but typically off early everyday. You will always be paid for your 40 hours.

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a Rear Load Compactor Truck while also collecting waste/recycling into the back of the truck from residential and commercial businesses.

Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. This role requires excellent navigation skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Your work week will be Monday-Saturday. Your typical hours would be Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00- 3:30/4:00

Tuesday , Thursday you can be off as early as 1:45

Saturday -Flexible start time but 8:00-10:30/11 is the typical run.

Duties
- Operating a rear-load garbage truck to collect trash and recycling
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Follow assigned routes collecting waste from various locations without alterations unless confirmed with authority.
- Communicate effectively is a must
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Provide excellent customer service during collections, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.

Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of local roads
-Punctual and reliable is a must
- Works well independently and part of a team
- Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
- Previous experience in a driving a collection truck is preferred but not required.

Requirements

- Air Brake Endorsement

- Commercial driving experience a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
