Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle travel-related inquiries, booking requests, and itinerary changes using GDS tools
• Provide accurate and timely solutions following process guidelines
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening when addressing customer concerns
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate (Senior High or Old Curriculum accepted)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
• Preferably with prior experience in a travel account or travel industry-related role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
• Can start immediately

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
