Job:

1. Assist Gelato Chef in the making of gelato

2. Assist Gelato Chef with inventory

3. Work closely with Gelato Chef to develop ice cream styles, flavors, and recipes in line with the Owner’s vision

4. Maintain high standards for taste, texture, presentation, and consistency

5. Follow all recipes, processes, and procedures in detail to ensure repeatability and quality control.

6. Ensure hygiene, food safety, and regulatory requirements are strictly followed in production.

7. maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen in accordance with regulatory and food safety standards

Requirement:

- food safety license level 1

(not close to expiring)

- With or without experience with gelato making

- Willingness to Learn and take instructions

- To work efficiently with team members and communicate clearly to support kitchen operations

* Meticulous to details to uphold kitchen routine

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
