- Serving in multiple administrative roles within our Charity
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in equivalent roles within the charitable or non-profit sector
- Conducting work in multiple languages
- Proficiency in AI-assisted office tools and workflows
○ Secretary:
■ Letting ASIC know about changes to company details (such as registered office address, secretaries, or directors).
■ Lodging the company's financial reports.
■ Ensuring the company meets its legal requirements.
○ Public Officer (Tax Compliance):
■ Making sure the company complies with tax law.
■ Keeping tax records and submitting company tax returns.
■ Serving as the primary contact for the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regarding tax matters.
○ Treasurer: Managing general financial oversight, including accounts management, banking, and financial record keeping.
● General Administrative Duties:
○ Preparing, compiling, and maintaining reports, records, and documents.
○ Managing office correspondence, including emails and physical mails.
○ Handling general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and database maintenance.
○ Assisting with scheduling, appointments, and general office coordination.
○ Ensuring compliance with company administrative procedures.
○ Other duties as reasonably directed by our Charity VITACHOICE LTD.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer
Pay: Up to $77,000.00 per year
