Overview

Escape the drudgery of working for a DSO, overworked, underpaid, unappreciated, and minimal clinical autonomy. Or relocate from an associate job, an academic position, or relocate from a difficult practice where there is just too much dental competition in the area.

Own your own practice on Day 1. A new dental management model is coming to Florida. The company will fully fund the start up of new practices in areas of demonstrated demographic need.

You will be provide a fully equipped and staffed office. The company will complete practice management services, including marketing. The company uses advanced agentic custom written software to help manage all aspects of the practice including: scheduling, all insurance processing and collections, dental supply management, regulatory compliance, etc. More importantly is the agentic diagnostic and proposed treatment planning system that will analyze patient X rays, CT scan, and oral images to aid the dentist . The company also offers a mentor dentist support service for consulting on difficult cases (with the ability to share the X rays, etc. for remote consultation)

Base guarantee income for the starting dentist is $200,000 per year. The DSO will take 15% of revenue ongoing management fees, and a bonus equal to 20% of profits. A dentist generating $100,000 a month collections, including hygiene revenue, should make between $500,000 and $600,000 per year, based upon a typical mix of fee for service and insurance (very poor paying insurance plans can be rejected).

The practices are based upon very efficient use of supportive personal. But of course, when additional such personal will allow increased profitability, they will be added.

The current opening is for Baker, Florida, in the Panhandle. 7500 residents, no dentists within 20 miles, a profound need, and solid household incomes. The office as been selected and is being equipped.

New grads this year also welcome. You must be personable, have a good work ethic and desire to actually make $600,000 a year to realize the practice potential, and reasonable skills to do "bread and butter" dental procedure. We would expect young dentists to start their work load at lower levels, and increase the number of scheduled patients per day as their clinical competence gradually increases. The schedule load and type of procedures performed would be under the control of the dentist, but a minimal expectation of 20 cases a week to start is necessary to "keep the doors open".
