General Laborer/Field Technician

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers/Field Technicians. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various projects by performing a variety of tasks that require physical strength and stamina. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working in a hands-on environment and are looking for an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work.

Duties

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and tasks on job sites and around the shop as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards are met.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, Industrial/Environmental, or similar labor-intensive roles is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

• We provide 24/7 Emergency Response Services. Must be willing to be on a every other week rotating on call list and be prepared to work when needed during that time.
• This job can be labor intensive and physically demanding at times . Must be willing to do hard work regularly.
