D. Financial Oversight & Reporting
1. Review monthly Profit & Loss statements; monitor revenue, margins, and operating expenses.
2. Manage departmental budgets and control costs without compromising service quality.
3. Approve purchase orders and expenditures within authorized limits.
4. Provide the Owner/President with weekly operational reports and monthly financial summaries.
E. Supplier & Vendor Management
1. Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and credit arrangements with suppliers and vendors.

3. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends; recommend strategic responses.
4. Lead or support special projects as assigned (e.g., system upgrades, branch expansion, new partnerships).
G. Compliance & Process Governance
1. Ensure all business operations comply with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and trade requirements.
2. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing systems across departments.
3. Oversee company asset management, office administration, and facility maintenance.
