Full job description

Kudos Creative Catering are currently hiring a General Manager to join our team in Fota Wildlife Park Cork, to oversee operations at our Savannah and Oasis Cafes.

Role Overview

• The General Manager will lead the team in ensuring the cafes operate effectively.
• Leading the front and back of house teams in ensuring service runs smoothly and the appropriate preparations are in place for every shift.
• Must ensure that our brand standards and SOP’s are adhered to in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Build the team through training and development.
• Ensuring great selling and profit.
• Always ensures customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Manages safety and security within the cafes. Ensures that staff are trained and current in terms of how to handle safety procedures.

Experience:

• 3+ years of managerial experience in a similar fast paced environment
• Customer service experience
• Experience in hiring, training and developing staff

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to manage Cafe operations independently and work on own initiative.
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Deep knowledge of customer service techniques and ability to express these to staff
• Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability
