- Proven Experience in Sales and Business Development within technical or industrial sectors, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer value creation.
- Global Key Account Management, a solid track record of managing strategic accounts across international markets, ensuring customer satisfaction, long-term partnerships, and consistent revenue expansion.
- Ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable growth strategies, fostering alignment across global teams and driving measurable impact.
- Deep appreciation for cultural diversity and proven ability to navigate complex international business environments with adaptability and sensitivity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams, build consensus, and drive collaboration across diverse cultures and disciplines.
- Skilled in interpreting market trends, customer insights, and financial data to inform strategic decisions and optimize business performance.
- Genuine commitment to Atlas Copco’s mission of delivering sustainable productivity solutions, with a forward-thinking approach to innovation and market leadership.
We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every single requirement — we value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role.
In return, we offer
