Within our dynamic marketing and communications department, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Global Digital Product Manager – E-Commerce to define and execute the global strategy for the commerce store of www.gfps.com, to create measurable business impact with current digital solutions and to create a strong global community. You will collaborate closely with business service owners, project managers, solution architects, and IT functions to implement and launch new features to the market.
Develop a clear vision and roadmap for the global B2B e-commerce platform (GFPS.com) in alignment with business goals and market trends
Conduct research and visit customers and as well stakeholders to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce trends to define product strategy
Define global support concepts, structures, and processes for commerce store
Ensure full compliance of commerce store is aligned with all laws and regulations
Ensure the continuous update and improvement of the e-commerce platform through feature enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimizations
Monitoring and analyzing the business performance of the commerce store
Create communication, marketing content and campaigns in cooperation with the marketing colleagues to create internal and external awareness about the commerce store
Create and manage a community of e-commerce experts in each sales region and provide regular training sessions
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer sciences or business administration and at least 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce and/or product owner role
Very good experience in managing digital solutions and/or e-commerce platforms, or comparable
Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent listening and negotiation skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives towards a shared vision
Ability to travel up to 20%
A valid work permit for Switzerland or at least an EU citizenship
